S. Romao Seia - Cured Sheep Cheese
This raw sheep milk cheese is semi-hard in texture with a medium-intensity bouquet. Perfect as a starter or on a cheese board, enjoy it with toast, rye bread, or wheat bread, and a full-bodied red wine.
Whole is approximately 2.5 pounds.
Half is approximately 1.25 pounds.
