Terms of service

After purchase all in-stock orders are shipped within two business days of the order. Out-of-stock items may take up to 2 weeks before shipping. If you wish to make other arrangements please contact us directly. Orders placed after 11 AM typically ship out the next business day.

Orders are shipped via UPS/FedEx and therefore, we do not ship to PO BOX. 

Portugalia Marketplace may edit the shipping carrier selected during checkout in order to minimize time in transit and risk of perishable items spoiling.
