Serrano ham is traditionally made from select white pig breeds such as Duroc, Landrace, and Large White, prized for their natural marbling, texture, and flavor. Fed a cereal- and grain-based diet, these pigs produce meat that cures beautifully, resulting in a savory, tender ham. At Redondo Iglesias, our Serrano hams are naturally cured in Utiel, 2,600 feet above sea level, where the cold, dry mountain climate and surrounding century-old vineyards create ideal aging conditions.
Cured for a minimum of 16 months, this Serrano ham offers perfectly balanced salt, a rich Mediterranean aroma, and a bold yet succulent flavor with subtle sweetness. Free from nitrites and nitrates, it delivers an authentic, natural taste. With its firm yet tender texture—and including a ham holder and carving knife—it’s ready to be sliced and enjoyed right away.
Includes ham stand holder, knife, and cover.
