The Chicken Hot Marinade is crafted to be brushed onto chicken before cooking, whether on the grill or in the oven. Apply generously with a brush or by hand. It may also be diluted, if desired.

Beyond marinating, this versatile sauce can also be used as a simmer sauce or served cold as a finishing sauce.
