Fermin 100% Iberico Acorn-Fed Loin

The organic Iberico pigs are raised in freedom, in 100% certified organic farms based on natural resources to help preserve the environment. These pigs are fed on acorns, natural pastures and other organic food, in an 100% ecological farm, where natural breeding is protected. This exceptional natural process makes the finest and most luxurious Iberico pork meat, a unique nitrites and nitrates free product.

The production of the organic Iberico products are carried out on a separate line from the rest of traditional Iberico products. The manufacturing process has an ecological certification with zero residue of genetically modified organisms. Organic Fermin Iberico is free of artificial additives/preservatives.

Tasting notes: Bold color, intense aroma, pungent buttery flavor and very rich on the palate.
