Verdeal Olive Oil: Light fruity olive oil. Sweet at first taste, with a mild bitterness and a gentle, late-arriving spiciness. Notes of tomato, apple, cabbage, and dried fruits.

Madural Olive Oil: Medium fruity olive oil. Sweet at first taste, with light bitterness and spiciness. Notes of green grass, apple, cabbage, and dried fruits.

Cobrançosa Olive Oil: Intensely fruity olive oil with a pronounced and persistent spiciness. Notes of grass and green leaves, apple, cabbage, green banana peel, green almond peel, and dried fruits.
