About the Vineyard
Casa Marcolino Sebo is a family business that has been involved in the viticulture sector for over 45 years, with its official incorporation dated May 15th 1975. For more than 25 years there has been a full dedication to viticulture and all of its production was delivered to Adega Cooperativa de Borba. But with the increasing area of vineyards and Marcolino Sebo's dream of producing his own wine, the project of creating a wine cellar arose. It was at the turn of the 20th century, in the year 2000, that Marcolino Sebo, with 130 hectares divided into seven plots of vineyard located between Borba and Estremoz, characterized by clayey-limestone and clayey-schist soils, began the vinification of its grapes, with the bottling and marketing of its wine in 2001.
