Titular Dão Novo Tinto 2021

Region: Dão

Grape varieties: 100% Jaen

Winemaker: Carla Rodrigues

Notes: It produces fresh, fruit-forward, low-tannin red wines. Expressions focused on strawberry and raspberry in this beautiful soft on the palate, round with velvety tannins.

Suggested Serving Temp: 53°F (colder than a typical red to experience full potential)

Food Pairing: Red meats, roast beef, grilled meats and cheeses.

 Reserva Branco by Quinta Da Alorna 2019

Region: Tejo

Grape varieties: Arinto, Chardonnay

Winemaker: Martta Reis Simões

Notes: Yellow color. Complex aroma balanced by the fresh citric notes and the acidity of Arinto together with the structure, smokey and elegant oaky notes of Chardonnay. The aftertaste is intense and very persistent.

Suggested Serving Temp: 50°F-54°F

Food Pairing: Fish stews, Cod au gratin, Curry dishes, Soft cheeses

 Lisboa Tinto by Hugo Mendes 2021

Region: Lisboa.

Grape varieties:100% Castelão.

Winemaker: Hugo Mendes.

Notes: Intense red color, aroma of wild berries and black pepper, fine spices. This is a fresh wine, full of beautiful aromas of red fruit notes. It has an herbal touch of tree bark and pine needles, that will make you salivate. Mouth taste with ripe tannins, medium body, medium high acidity impeccably calibrated in the wine, all fresh and enveloping. Bottled early, it is understood that it gives an interesting and uncompromising taste, but full of balance and harmony. Long and persistent finish.

Suggested Serving Temp:Cool wine to 55°F to enhance its freshness or you can serve at 62°F to taste it’s more herbaceous characteristics

Food Pairing: Legumes, vegetarian dishes, white meats and grilled red meats

 

 

 

 

 D. Graça Reserva Tinto 2019

Region: Douro

Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão & Sousão

Winemaker: Jorge Lourenço

Notes: The aroma displays the exuberance of fresh fruit and a slight note of wood well balanced in the set. Once in the mouth, it surprises with its balance, structure, freshness, and a fruity retronasal scent that conveys a graceful finale.

Suggested Serving Temp: 60ºF

Food Pairing: Red meats, roasts & stews

 Portalegre Tinto by Adega de Portalegre 2018

Region: Alentejo

Grape varieties: Alicante Bouschet, Trincadeira, Aragonez, Grand Noir & Castelão

Winemaker: Nuno Mira do O

Notes: Complex nose, fresh and deep, with notes of black pepper, blueberries, wet stone and dark chocolate. Mouth with great texture and elegant structure, always accompanied by freshness and tension.

Suggested Serving Temp: Should be served at 62-64°f. Food

Pairing: Roasted or stewed veal or lamb or stewed game meat.

Quinta De Santiago Alvarinho 2020

Region: Vinho Verde (Monção & Melgaço)

Grape varieties: 100% Alvarinho

Winemaker: Joanna Santiago

Notes: It has a citrine appearance. It’s elegant and complex with citric fruit notes, lychee and orange blossom. Rich, full-bodied, persistent with the freshness and mineral characteristics of the variety.

Suggested Serving Temp: 50ºF and 54ºF Food

Pairing: starters, salads, shellfish, fish, Asian cuisine, white meat and cheeses.
