Campos Santos Flower of Salt with Olives, Tomato and Thyme is hand-harvested from the salt pans of Castro Marim, located in the Algarve region of Portugal. The Flor de Sal is collected in a traditional way, hand-raked from the surface of the salt pans. The addition of Olives, Tomato and Thyme gives the salt a unique flavor that can be used to enhance the taste of a variety of dishes.
