The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Casa da Oliveira Brava is produced with all the varieties of olives present in our olive groves. Using only mechanical cold extraction methods, we obtain an extra fruity virgin olive oil, with a fresh aroma and an attractive taste. An olive oil with its own personality that stands out for the excellence of its quality. It has an acidity of 0.2% and a peroxide rate of around 6%. The final product is a high-quality olive oil that everyone can enjoy.
