Quinta d'Avó Garlic Marinade is a typical marinade from Portugal for seasoning meat before cooking. It is excellent on all white meat such as pork and poultry.

Add 2 parts water to 1 part of marinade, cover meat and let it marinate in the fridge for a few hours. Cook as desired. 

Refrigerate jar after opening.
