SerraMel is a premium honey and jam producer in the Serra da Malcata Natural Reserve, a pristine area of 21,000 hectares, free of pollution and rich in wild flowers.

Pollen is one of the richest biological substances. It contains most of the elements essential to life on Earth. All amino acids existing in living cells were found in pollen, as well as one of the richest vitamins range of biological origin, proteins, lipids, sugars and minerals. For all these multiple elements, which act in a marvellous and perfect synergy, pollen has been, for centuries, considered an extraordinary food, unparalleled in nature.

We suggest the daily amount of two teaspoons of granulated Pollen or a tablespoon of Honey with Pollen. Pollen can be used single or combined with other food. It blends very well with juices, yoghurt, milk or tea.

Granulated Pollen should be kept tightly closed, in a cool place and away from sunlight.
