We cultivate and preserve the knowledge and tastes of an ancestral activity, which respects nature and integrates her in perfection.

In 2004 a new project was born with the production of Beirabaga Jams and Almonds, products made in a traditional way, with best-quality Portuguese fruits and using the most modern production techniques.

This Apple and Chestnut Jam is prepared according to an old recipe. Free from artificial color and preservatives, produced only with fruit and sugar. It is produced from national apples from Beira Alta and chestnut grown in Trás-os-Montes, in the North of Portugal.
