First produced in 1934, Bola Rico Tradicional was the first Flemish-style cheese made in Portugal. True to its roots, it continues to follow the original recipe and traditional artisanal finishing process. With its characteristic soft yellow color, Lactimaf’s queijo flamengo bola is a mild, semi-soft cheese that can be enjoyed either young or more aged, depending on preference.
