The Grilling Favorites Collection includes:

1 - Mild Chourico

A type of Portuguese cured sausage made with 100% pork and a blend of spices. Chourico is traditionally eaten grilled, roasted, or boiled. Each package contains .80 to 1.10 lb.

1 - Hot Chourico

A type of Portuguese sausage made with 100% pork and a blend of spices. Chourico is smoked and typically a spicy sausage. Chourico is traditionally eaten grilled, roasted, or boiled. Each package contains .80 to 1.10 lb.

1 - Linguica

A type of mild Portuguese pork sausage with a blend of fine spices. Traditionally eaten grilled, roasted, or sautéed. Each package contains .80 to 1.10 lb.

1 - Morcela

A Portuguese black pudding sausage also known as blood pudding. Unbelievably rich and flavorful with the perfect amount of spice and a great source of iron. (1 Morcela is approximately 0.75 lbs.)

Morcela: Beef blood, rice, onions, cracker meal (wheat flour), lard (BHT, BHA) crushed pepper, salt, dried parsley, granulated garlic, cayenne pepper, allspice, anise, cinnamon, white pepper, beef casing.

Mild Chourico: Pork, vinegar, nonfat dry milk, salt, paprika, garlic, spices, sodium nitrate, beef casing.

Hot Chourico: Pork, vinegar, salt, wine, spices, paprika, nonfat dry milk, garlic, sodium nitrate, beef casing.

Linguica: Pork, vinegar, nonfat dry milk, salt, paprika, garlic, spices, and sodium nitrate.
