From Faial in the Azores. Faial is dominated by grassy meadows and seaside cliffs. This cheese is made from Cow's milk by a local family at a dairy situated near the natural reserve of Morro de Castelo Branco. Using only milk from a dairy that has sustainable agricultural and animal welfare practices, Omorro is a creamy unctuous cheese with a slight tang.
