HARVEST
Night harvest in order to maintain the physical and aromatic integrity of the berries. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature with subsequent pressing in a pneumatic press.
TASTING NOTES
Ruby color, aromas of red fruits, with some balsamic, floral and complexity. Expressive, elegant and with good structure, finishing medium long.
PAIRINGS
Ajuda red should be consumed as an accompaniment to all types of meat dishes, dry or soft cheeses.
