Rosmaninho has a story to tell. In the Trás-os-Montes region of northeastern Portugal, there is a land blessed by nature, surrounded by mountains, where olive trees cover the rolling hills and small valleys. The unique terroir of this PDO region is defined by cold winters, hot summers, an ideal altitude averaging 400 meters, and nutrient-rich soil.

The olive growers in this region make the most of these natural conditions, essential for cultivating high-quality olives. They have preserved this land, respecting the legacy of their ancestors by maintaining traditional olive groves and applying sustainable farming practices passed down through generations. This care ensures that the exceptional raw materials of this region are fully utilized.

The olives are harvested at the perfect moment and promptly taken to the mill, where they are processed immediately using cold extraction and only first extraction to preserve their quality. The result is a PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil rich in flavors, delicate aromas, and unique sensory characteristics, including a high concentration of polyphenols.
