Filipa Pato and William Wouters are a remarkable wife-and-husband team dedicated to the art of winemaking. Their philosophy is straightforward: to craft authentic wines that are true to the vineyards they originate from, without any embellishments.

Their focus is exclusively on indigenous grape varieties such as Baga, Bical, Arinto, Cercial, and Maria Gomes. These grapes are cultivated in vineyard sites chosen for their ideal soils, microclimates, and other factors, all of which contribute to producing exceptional wines. Employing biodynamic viticultural practices, Filipa and William work closely with nature to nurture their vines.

In the winery, they handle the grapes with care, practicing minimal intervention while closely monitoring the wine's development.
