Damar Cured Goat Cheese


This remarkable cheese is made from the milk of goats that graze in the Gardunha mountain range in central Portugal. It is made with animal rennet, using traditional techniques. The result is a smooth, tangy, semi-soft cheese with deep flavor and a beautiful creamy texture.
