Damar Cured Goat Cheese

This incredible Portuguese raw goat’s milk cheese is named after the Gardunha mountain range in central Portugal, where it is made. It is made using traditional techniques, with the typical thistle rennet swapped out for animal rennet. The result is a smooth, semi-soft cheese with intense flavor and tang and a beautiful creamy texture.
