A type of Portuguese cured sausage made with 100% pork and a blend of spices. Ground Chouriço can be fried, grilled, and broiled. Fantastic for soups, spaghetti sauce, and pizza!

Ingredients: Pork, vinegar, nonfat dry milk, salt, paprika, wine, flavorings, spices, sodium nitrite, and beef casings.
